Calling all choirs, singing groups, friends and work colleagues in every corner of the country to organise a performance in your area – sing songs, shake the buckets and help raise much needed funds for vital cancer research.

On June 30th, the Alpine Peak Challenge team will be acclimatising in the Swiss Alps to reach Point Burnaby summit safely on July 4th. Miles Bright, an internationally qualified guide based in Chamonix, France will be leading the expedition with the assistance of Adam Kelly, sport and fitness coach along with Bill Roberts who is the creative force behind the TCD Alpine Peak Challenge.

In early July 2019, a group of adventurous travellers will climb Pointe Burnaby (4, 153m) in Switzerland following in the footsteps of Elizabeth Hawkins Whitshed of Greystones, County Wicklow raising funds for Cancer Research…

The Caroline Foundation Inaugural Celtic Camino Walk!
The Bray Coastal Celtic Camino route to St James’s Church in Dublin takes place on Sunday May 5th at 9:30am. Registration on the day.

THE BRENDAN VOYAGE
Clinical pharmacist Brendan Quinn has set himself a challenge for MAY 2019: “The Brendan Voyage” by canoe from Strabane to Manchester, via Portstewart by raising funds for two charities across open seas! It will take him nearly three weeks starting on May 16 2019.

Join us on Friday 1st February for a night to remember for Give Us A Song in the Holy Redeemer Church in Bray. We will be joined by the Bray Choral Society, Harbour Ukuleles, Serendipity, Classic Harmony, Cheile Choir and St Patrick’s Primary School Choir. MC for the evening is Michael Duggan.

RTÉ Aine Lawlor and Prof. John Crown launched this year’s Give Us A Song fundraising campaign for cancer research in Grafton Street. The Trinitones kicked off the launch by singing a few of their favourite repertoires on the stairwell of the iconic Bewley’s cafe to delighted customers. Shoppers were entertained by the colourful Harbour Ukuleles group from Bray and the talented Trinitones lined up on the street giving a most powerful performance to onlookers.
